Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and debug control logic programs for instrumentation and control systems

- Install, calibrate, test, and commission field instrumentation, including pressure, temperature, level, and flow transmitters

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic, PLC, DCS, SCADA, and pneumatic control system instruments

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical and instrumentation systems

- Collaborate with project teams to integrate electrical and instrumentation systems into larger designs

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including as-built drawings and reports

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and safety regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or related field

- Proven technical skills in troubleshooting industrial control systems

- Strong knowledge of control systems, including transmitters, valves, PLCs, and SCADA systems

- Proficiency in using electrical design software, such as AutoCAD and Revit

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in the oil and gas industry or similar sector

- Knowledge of safety standards, codes, and regulations related to electrical and instrumentation systems

- Experience with Johnson Controls METASYS or similar products

- Valid UAE driving license
