Instrumental qualification / maintenance engineer will be responsible for all Quality Control instruments calibration / qualification and maintenance according to Calibration Master Plan. Maintaining the inventory stock of spare parts and dealing with supplier and documentation and reporting according GMP guide line.
Key responsibilities & Accountability:
Responsible for qualification and maintenance of all HPLCs (Agilent, waters, shimadzu).
Responsible for qualification/calibration and maintenance UV-V is spectrophotometer.
Responsible for qualification/calibration and maintenance AAS spectrophotometer (perkin elmer)
Responsible for qualification/calibration and maintenance GC Gas chromatograph (Perkin Elmer and Agilent).
Weighing scales.
Responsible for qualification/calibration and maintenance HPTLC.
Responsible for qualification/calibration and maintenance Temperature sensors, ph meters, spectrophtometer, melting point.
Responsible for qualification/calibration and maintenance Pressure sensors.
Responsible for qualification/calibration and maintenance Dissolution tester.
Responsible for qualification/calibration and maintenance Disintegration tester.
Responsible for qualification/calibration and maintenance Multicheck.
Responsible for qualification/calibration and maintenance stability chamber.
Responsible for qualification/calibration and maintenance Osmometer.
Responsible for qualification/calibration and maintenance Karl Fisher.
Responsible for qualification/calibration and maintenance Pharmaceutical Fridges and Freezers.
Responsible for qualification/calibration and maintenance LAFs.
Qualifications:
- Education
Bachelor/Master in Instrumentation Engineer.
- Experience:
Has at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in (Engineering/QC) in pharmaceutical industries.
- Training:
Key Competencies:
Has excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure / crisis situations and results oriented. Ability to work in second/third shift.
Technical Competencies:
Has in-depth knowledge of drug products and quality.
