Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage insulation installation projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Coordinate and schedule insulation crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries to maintain project timelines and minimize delays.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate insulation installation.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and hazard identification.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong understanding of insulation materials, techniques, and installation best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role with a proven record of managing insulation projects.
  • Proven experience within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Construction industries.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in insulation installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
