Job Purpose:
; To be a part of the Life Agency Team of a reputed Insurance company in UAE.
; To achieve set monthly revenue targets by distributing individual life plans offer by Union Insurance Company and its Affiliates.
; To adapt a consultative and relationship based sales approach focused towards quality sales.
Dimensions:
; Financial: Responsible to distribute Individual Life products to existing and new customers.
; Current Products Under Distribution: Market Linked Plan & Whole Life Plans (Conventional & Takaful).
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Core Responsibilities:
; Meet with potential customers and offer our range of products using specific needs analysis tools.
; Plan and execute regular lead generation through cold calling, corporate presentations, residential community activities, referral programme for effective pipeline management.
; Consistently meet and strive to overachieve set monthly revenue targets.
; Adhere to the laid down organizations AML, Underwriting and Compliance framework.
; Identify, create and contribute to new opportunities for growth through initiatives in Product Development and Lead Generation.
; Ensure the business is booked as per laid down procedures and guidelines and due diligence is carried out with respect to Money Laundering and company regulatory requirements.
Sales Hygiene and Reporting:
; Maintain a Daily Sales Report with comprehensive customer details focussed towards quality sales.
; Conduct a minimum of 3 face to face meetings on a daily basis.
; Conduct a minimum of 30 Telecalls every day to seek appointments and generate potential sales opportunities.
; Initiate and execute minimum one lead generation activity per week for effective pipeline management.
; Seek out new clients and develop own database through networking and an effective referral program.
Experience and Educational Qualifications :
; Minimum 3 years of Life Insurance Agency Sales
; Experience of working in a reputable insurance/financial services organisation in a multi-cultural work environment.
; Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English language.
; Bachelors Degree.AMFI/IRDA certified.
