Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Insurance Assistant Coordinator supports the insurance department in managing daily operations, coordinating between clients, agents, and insurers, and ensuring efficient processing of policies and claims. The role involves administrative support, data management, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing insurance policies and related documents.
- Coordinate communication between clients, underwriters, and internal departments.
- Support claims handling by gathering necessary information and maintaining accurate records.
- Monitor policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Maintain databases, files, and reports for tracking insurance activities.
- Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and company requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the Insurance Coordinator or Manager as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in insurance operations support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
