Issue policies, process day to day requests and the relevant accounting documents and endorsements on the system and maintain proper consistent and up to date filing and archiving system at all times

Coordinate with the TPA and ensure consistency between TPA data and Company data as registered on the system

Attend to client/broker enquiries and update them on any new requirements, updates/changes from the relevant regulators or attend to any other queries pertaining to policy coverage, terms and conditions

Generate various reports from TPA system & internal system

Prepare loss ratio reports, renewal offers, and any data required/report required for regulatory reporting, etc.

Perform regulatory uploads and checks and obtain necessary product approvals from the regulators

Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements related to day-to-day processing of requests and across the assigned portfolio e.g. keeping data ready for regulatory audits, Emirates ID updates, etc.

Ensure timely processing of transactions and follow-up on collection of premiums

Prepare various certificates

Keeping abreast of prevailing health insurance regulations in the U.A.E. and notifying partners/client’s, etc. on matters
