Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Insurance claim submission through insurance portals Follow-up on claim approvals, payments, and pending cases Resubmission of rejected and returned claims Verification of insurance eligibility and coverage Coordination with insurance companies and TPAs Monitoring claim status and maintaining accurate records Resolving claim-related discrepancies and queries Preparing reports on submissions, approvals, rejections, and collections Ensuring compliance with DHA and insurance regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 years of experience in Home Care / Healthcare Insurance Coordination Hands-on experience with insurance portals and e-claim systems Strong knowledge of claim submission, resubmission, reconciliation, and payment follow-up Familiarity with UAE insurance and TPA processes Excellent communication and organizational skills
✅ Experience in Home Care or Healthcare Facility Insurance Operations ✅ Immediate Joiners Preferred
