Insurance Coordinator

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and process insurance claims, pre-approvals, and reimbursements efficiently.
Liaise with insurance providers, patients, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Review and verify insurance coverage, eligibility, and documentation accuracy.
Maintain up-to-date records of insurance policies and transactions.
Support the finance team in reconciling claims and tracking pending approvals.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Insurance Coordinator in a healthcare or homecare setup.
Strong understanding of UAE medical insurance processes and systems.
Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills :

Familiarity with insurance software and portals.
Knowledge of DHA/MOH regulations.
Experience in sales or marketing within healthcare will be an added advantage.
