Roles & Responsibilities

The Insurance Coordinator is responsible for managing insurance-related processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining strong communication between insurance providers, and internal teams. This role supports smooth policy administration, claims processing, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Coordinate insurance policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Review and verify insurance documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaise with insurance companies, brokers, and clients to resolve queries and follow up on pending items.
  • Maintain updated records of all policies and claims in the system.
  • Assist in preparing reports, insurance summaries, and compliance documentation.
