Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose
As an Insurance Executive, you will play a key role in supporting various insurance functions across operations, underwriting, claims, and customer service. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on exposure to the core workings of an established insurance provider and grow professionally through structured learning and development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in underwriting, policy issuance, and renewals.
- Support claims processing and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Review and process insurance documentation and data entries.
- Analyze client needs and assist in recommending appropriate insurance solutions.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients and business partners.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- UAE National with valid Emirates ID.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or any relevant field.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a corporate environment.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and professional ethics.
