Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development/Insurance Executive located in Dubai. The responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to develop strategic business plans, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Business Development Executive will actively contribute to identifying market trends and expanding the customer base.

Desired Candidate Profile
Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation Solid understanding of Business operations and account management Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written Proactive and goal-oriented attitude with the ability to meet targets Experience in the insurance brokerage industry is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
