Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day insurance operations (underwriting, claims, or brokerage, depending on expertise).
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams and clients on insurance products and services.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank/Insurance Authority regulations.
- Contribute to business development and client servicing.
- Conduct risk assessments, prepare reports, and deliver professional recommendations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have a bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years practical experience in a licensed insurance category or insurance brokerage in UAE is a must.
- For UAE National candidates: minimum of 3 years’ experience in the above-mentioned insurance fields.
- Equivalence for academic certificate
- Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
