Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Interface Engineer to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all technical and operational interfaces between multiple stakeholders, including the contractors and supervision consultants
What You'll Be Doing:
- Identify and manage project interfaces between Delivery Contractors, Supervision Consultants, and relevant stakeholders across all six project packages.
- Develop and maintain an Interface Management Plan to ensure aligned and streamlined communication across workstreams.
- Monitor and resolve interface-related issues to avoid delays and disruptions to the project schedule.
- Coordinate the integration of design, construction, and commissioning activities across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Facilitate interface coordination meetings and maintain clear, detailed records of decisions, actions, and progress.
- Ensure all interface activities comply with project specifications, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations.
- Promote collaborative working relationships between project stakeholders to support successful delivery.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Construction Management,
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in interface management within multi-lot or multi-disciplinary EPC Contractor projects, preferably in water infrastructure or utility development.
- GCC experience is required.
- Proficiency in interface management tools and collaborative platforms like BIM, Aconex, or MS SharePoint.
