Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive design concepts that harmonize aesthetics with functionality, ensuring each space resonates with the client's vision.
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to analyze spatial dynamics and existing conditions, informing design decisions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines.
  • Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications, utilizing advanced software to communicate design intent effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture or a related field, providing a solid foundation in design principles.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior architecture, showcasing a robust portfolio of completed projects.
  • Professional certification such as NCIDQ or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to industry standards and best practices.
  • Experience in both residential and commercial projects, providing a versatile understanding of diverse design challenges.
