The 3D Interior Designer is a crucial member of any ambitious architectural or interior design firm, tasked with transforming conceptual ideas into vibrant and realistic visual representations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of spatial design, materiality, and architectural principles, along with the ability to use advanced 3D software tools effectively. As a 3D Interior Designer, you will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other design professionals to create aesthetically pleasing environments in both residential and commercial projects. • Collaborate with architects and designers to develop innovative interior design concepts.
• Create detailed 3D models and renderings for a range of interior projects.
• Translate client briefs into functional and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.
• Utilize advanced 3D modeling software to produce accurate visual representations.
• Assist in the selection of materials, colors, and furnishings for projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and technologies within the industry.
• Conduct site visits to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Prepare presentation materials for client approval and feedback sessions.
• Coordinate with external vendors and manufacturers for project materials and specifications.
• Review designs and layouts to comply with regulatory guidelines and standards.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss progress and address design challenges.
• Provide ongoing design consultation and support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max.
• At least two years of experience in interior design or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D interior visualization and design.
• Excellent visual communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
