Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed interior design plans, including space planning, material selection, and furniture layouts, ensuring designs align with client briefs and project budgets.
  • Prepare comprehensive construction documents, technical drawings, and specifications for fit-out projects, collaborating with architects and contractors for seamless execution.
  • Oversee the entire fit-out process, from initial site surveys to final installations, managing timelines, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring quality control.
  • Source and procure materials, finishes, and furnishings, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and maintain project budgets.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues that arise, and ensure adherence to design specifications and building codes.
  • Create 3D visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts and proposals to clients, ensuring their vision is realized.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are completed within the agreed-upon timeframe and financial parameters.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design techniques to provide innovative and contemporary design solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors, fostering strong working relationships to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present design proposals, including mood boards, material samples, and detailed cost estimates to clients, securing project approvals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in design principles and practices.
  • Possess a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful fit-out projects, demonstrating design versatility and project experience.
