You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of prestigious projects ranging from residential homes to corporate offices, and hospitality venues. By collaborating closely with clients, architects, and contractors, you will contribute to enhancing the interior environment that complements the architectural design. We seek someone with a fierce eye for design, trends, a high degree of creativity, and in-depth knowledge of spatial arrangements, materials, and furnishings. Your ability to interpret client briefs into practical yet stylish designs will be key in maintaining the company's outstanding reputation for quality and innovation in the interior design industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present creative interior design concepts to clients effectively.
• Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Prepare detailed designs, models, and project plans for approval processes.
• Source materials, furnishings, and artifacts following project specifications.
• Create detailed interior design drawings and specifications for contractors.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design accuracy.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and innovations in interior design.
• Manage project timelines and ensure project completion within allocated budget.
• Maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to secure repeat business.
• Prepare and present color schemes and samples to clients for selection.
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) for designing interior assets efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field required.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in a professional interior design role.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software and Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Excellent understanding of color schemes, textile selection, and spatial arrangements.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills with creative articulation.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
• Up-to-date knowledge of interior design trends and international design standards.
