Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design innovative interior spaces tailored to client needs, ensuring functionality and aesthetics are balanced.
- Conduct detailed site assessments and collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and compliant with building codes.
- Create detailed floor plans, furniture layouts, and material specifications using advanced design software to visualize the final outcome.
- Source and select furnishings, textiles, and finishes that align with the client’s vision and budget, maintaining a focus on sustainability where possible.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited institution, ensuring a solid foundation in design principles.
- Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in interior design, showcasing a portfolio of diverse completed projects across various sectors.
- Professional certification from recognized organizations (e.g., NCIDQ) to validate expertise and commitment to industry standards.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality design, demonstrating versatility and adaptability to various client needs.
