Job Summary

The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating functional and visually appealing spaces that meet client needs and preferences. Projects will range from residential to commercial spaces, requiring close collaboration with clients and team members to bring design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Create innovative and aesthetically pleasing interior design concepts that meet client requirements and align with current design trends.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, and present effective design proposals.
• Develop detailed space plans to ensure efficient use of space and optimal flow of movement.
• Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories aligned with the design concept and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
• Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and mood boards to help clients visualize designs.
• Assist in preparing project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and technologies, incorporating them where appropriate.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and budgets.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5 7 years of UAE experience in interior design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in healthcare, residential, and commercial projects.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and materials.
• Ability to network and build industry relationships.
