Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and client satisfaction.

  • Conduct client meetings to understand project goals, requirements, and budgets.

  • Develop space plans, design concepts, and 3D visualizations.

  • Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color palettes.

  • Prepare cost estimates, monitor budgets, and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and local regulations.

  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers, and supervise on-site execution and installation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Interior Design or related field.

  • 5–10 years of proven experience in residential villa, F&B, or commercial projects within the UAE.

  • Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and aesthetic sense.

  • Effective team leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools.

  • Solid knowledge of materials, finishes, and project coordination.

  • Understanding of UAE design standards and building regulations.

  • Arabic language is an advantage (not mandatory).

  • Must have a valid UAE driving license, be currently based in UAE, and available to join immediately.
