Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to develop design concepts and strategies for high-end residential and hospitality projects.
• Produce detailed drawings, mood boards, and presentations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Utilize Autocad, Corona, 3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Indesign to create comprehensive design documentation and visualizations.
• Participate in site visits and liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure design intent is executed accurately and to the highest standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into design projects.
• Contribute to the development of design proposals, schedules, and budgets.
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on high-end residential and hospitality projects in Dubai.
• Proficiency in Autocad, Corona, 3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketchup, and Indesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and FF&E selection.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Fluency in English.
• Member of BIID or similar would be a plus.
• Deadline-oriented.
• UAE driving license is essential.
