Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for diverse project types.
Prepare and present design proposals using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
Support in site coordination and review design implementation.
Prepare mood boards, material specifications, and design documentation as required.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in an interior design or fit-out consultancy.
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Architecture, or related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and MS Office.
- Strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and functionality.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have experience across commercial, residential, retail, and F&B projects, with strong design presentation and technical documentation skills.
