Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients in the showroom, providing an exceptional luxury customer experience.

  • Create interior design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and furniture layouts based on client requirements.

  • Recommend suitable furniture pieces, materials, and finishes that align with client preferences and project goals.

  • Prepare and present design proposals, ensuring a clear explanation of selections and pricing.

  • Actively achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the showroom.

  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed on interior design and luxury furniture trends.

  • Support showroom merchandising and visual presentation as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design, furniture sales, or a related field.

  • Qualified Interior Designer with a relevant degree or certification.

  • Age 25 to 35 years old. Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Strong sense of aesthetics, color coordination, and space planning.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop) is an advantage.

  • Sales-driven, confident, and comfortable working in a luxury retail environment.
