Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Business Development & Client Prospecting

• No cold sales, we already have the prospects. You will engage with Dubai-based EU & Russian residents who are potential clients.
• Represent Interiofy in meetings

• Client Engagement & Deal Closing

• Conduct consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Present Interiofy s design concepts and services with clarity and impact.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate, and close client contracts.
• Develop long-term client relationships for repeat projects and referrals.

• Interior Design Development

• Create mood boards, space plans, and 3D renders that align with project goals.
• Select materials, finishes, and furniture tailored to Dubai s luxury lifestyle.
• Collaborate with Interiofy s design and execution team for seamless delivery.
• Ensure all designs meet brand standards and client expectations.

• Project Monitoring & Coordination

• Oversee design implementation during project execution.
• Provide feedback and guidance to ensure design integrity is maintained.
• Communicate with clients and project managers to address issues proactively.

• Growth Strategy & Marketing Support

• Contribute new business growth strategies targeting EU & Russian expats in Dubai.
• Support in creating social media content (design insights, cultural lifestyle, client engagement stories).
• Participate in podcast-style video content to showcase expertise and strengthen brand visibility.
• Share cultural and design insights to position Interiofy as the preferred choice for EU & Russian clientele in Dubai.
