Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed assessments of client needs and preferences to create tailored design solutions that enhance functionality and aesthetics.
- Develop comprehensive design plans that include layout, color schemes, furnishings, and materials, ensuring they align with the client's vision and budget.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of design projects from concept to completion.
- Create and present visually compelling mood boards and 3D renderings that effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in design principles and theory.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in residential or commercial interior design, showcasing a diverse portfolio of completed projects.
- Professional certification from organizations such as the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) is preferred to validate expertise.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to create and present design concepts effectively.
