Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Create interior design concepts that align with the client s needs and vision. Develop layout plans, color schemes, and material selections.
• Client Collaboration: Meet with clients to understand their requirements and present design ideas, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
• Space Planning: Maximize the functionality and aesthetic appeal of spaces while adhering to local regulations, budgets, and timelines.
• Material and Furniture Selection: Source and recommend furniture, fixtures, and finishes that match the design vision and budget.
• Project Management: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of design elements.
• 3D Visualizations: Produce 3D models and renders to present design concepts to clients for approval.
• Budget Management: Monitor project costs and ensure designs remain within budget constraints.
• Team Leadership: Grow, mentor, and manage a team of interior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure design excellence and project efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring that design processes and workflows are efficiently executed across all stages of the project.
• Talent Development: Identify and nurture the potential of junior designers, helping them build skills and advance in their careers.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, products, and technologies in interior design.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to grow and lead a team.
• Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented approach to design.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in hospitality, retail, or luxury residential design.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and eco-friendly materials.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
