Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conceptualize and design innovative interior spaces tailored to client needs, ensuring functionality and aesthetics are balanced.
Conduct detailed site assessments and collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and compliant with building codes.
Create detailed floor plans, furniture layouts, and material specifications using advanced design software to visualize the final outcome.
Source and select furnishings, textiles, and finishes that align with the client’s vision and budget, maintaining a focus on sustainability where possible.
Ability to ensure design execution meets quality and project standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited institution, ensuring a solid foundation in design principles.
Proven experience in residential and commercial interior design, with strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3D, etc.)
Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality design, demonstrating versatility and adaptability to various client needs.
