- Plan and implement visual merchandising strategies for all branches.

- Design attractive and functional store layouts and lifestyle displays for furniture and electronics.

- Create floor plans and display concepts that enhance product visibility and color harmony.

- Install and update window displays, feature areas, and seasonal promotions.

- Arrange products and props to maximize customer engagement and sales impact.

- Ensure proper lighting, signage, and focal points for key items and new arrivals.

- Monitor branch conditions and maintain consistent VM standards.

- Analyze sales and customer flow to improve display performance.

- Collaborate with Marketing and Retail teams to ensure visual displays support business goals.
