Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Interior Fit-Out Technician who specializes in installing furniture and flooring. The ideal candidate can read layout plans, understands 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings, and has hands-on experience with sofa sets, sofa beds, cabinets, tables, chairs, office furniture, and PVT/LVT flooring installation. Key Responsibilities: Install various types of furniture including sofas, sofa beds, cabinets, tables, chairs, and office furniture. Assemble and fit modular furniture according to layout drawings. Interpret and understand 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for accurate installation. Install PVT and LVT flooring materials with precision and proper finishing. Ensure measurements and alignments are accurate before and during installation. Handle tools and equipment safely and maintain them properly. Conduct site inspections to identify installation requirements. Coordinate with supervisors or project managers to ensure timely task completion. Perform adjustments, repairs, or modifications when needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas. Qualifications: Proven experience as a furniture installer, carpenter, or fit-out technician. Ability to read and interpret 2D & 3D AutoCAD layout drawings. Strong knowledge of furniture assembly and installation practices. Experience in PVT/LVT flooring installation. Good understanding of measurements and leveling tools. Physically fit and able to handle heavy materials when required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Basic carpentry or joinery background. Experience in office fit-out works. Knowledge of power tools and installation equipment.
