Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed fit-out designs, including space planning, material selection, and furniture layouts, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal within budget constraints.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical drawings (CAD/Revit) and specifications for construction, collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy.
  • Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor construction progress, and address any design-related issues that arise during the fit-out process.
  • Research and source suitable materials, finishes, and fixtures, considering factors such as durability, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with building codes and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field; a strong foundation is key.
  • Holds relevant certifications, such as NCIDQ or equivalent, demonstrating professional competence.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in interior fit-out design, showing a track record of successful projects.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software, showcasing technical expertise.
