Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on-site interior fit-out activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines, from start to finish.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, including carpenters, electricians, and painters, to ensure seamless execution of interior works.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to identify and rectify any defects or deviations from approved plans.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports, detailing completed tasks, challenges encountered, and proposed solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field to establish a strong academic foundation.
  • Holds relevant professional certifications, such as PMP or LEED, to demonstrate project management expertise and sustainability knowledge.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects, showcasing practical industry knowledge.
  • Exhibits proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software for accurate plan interpretation and site supervision.
