Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all interior fit-out activities, ensuring projects adhere to design specifications and quality standards, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, including carpenters, painters, and electricians, to ensure timely and efficient project completion, maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify deviations from plans, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations, documenting findings and initiating corrective actions.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are completed within allocated resources, providing regular updates to project managers.
