Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


We are looking for a Finance intern . It will be an on site role with below requirements:

Excellent communication skills

Experience : 1 to 3 years

Tenure- 3 months (extendable based on performance)

Tools- Should be hands on in MS Excel and MS Word

VISA & Insurance- Should be on dependent VISA, with a valid health insurance

Office Location- Jafza One, Jafza

Job description-

  • Contract Analysis: Assist in reviewing commercial agreements between vendors and the company, focusing on financial terms such as pricing, payment schedules, returns, damages, dues recovery, penalties and other commercial clauses.
  • Data Management: Support in gathering, cleaning, and maintaining financial data from agreements, vendor reports, and internal systems to facilitate the analysis of terms and conditions to ensure consistency and accuracy for future reference.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with legal, procurement, and operational teams to ensure alignment of commercial terms with the company’s objectives and strategies.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Support the team in conducting ad-hoc financial analyses related to vendor agreements, as needed.
