General Accounting

Ensure proper accounting. Keep the mandatory accounting books and journals updated. Monitor operations of: collection, suppliers, treasury and fixed assets. Control accounting and financial documents.

Accounting Closing & Financial Statements

Prepare annual accounts and financial statements & ensure deadlines are met. Prepare accounting documents & establish tax and social declarations. Ensure compliance with tax and social obligations. Follow up with auditors, tax administrations and social organizations.

Auxiliary Accounting

Ensure follow-up of client and supplier accounts with payment control.

Banking

Perform periodic bank reconciliations. Control treasury movements. Prepare treasury reports upon management's request.

Reporting & Financial Analysis

Develop financial dashboards. Perform periodic accounting and financial analyses. Participate in monitoring financial performance indicators.

Archiving & Documentation

Organize the filing of accounting documents. Ensure physical and digital archiving. Guarantee the conservation of legal documents.

Mastery of accounting and taxation. Good command of Excel and accounting software. Rigor, organization and confidentiality. Knowledge of accounting, legal and tax laws. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory provisions. Set up dashboards. Ability to work autonomously and report. Implement directives initiated by management.
