Responsibilities:
• Analyze and evaluate accounting documents, preparing reports that reflect the audit results and document the proposed process.
• Performing full audits, including risk management, control management, and assessing financial reliability. Ensure that compliance is met within all the organization s systems.
• Review and Maintain of accounting policy and procedures.
• Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
• Lead and support Finance pursuits and practice development initiatives.
• Implement, document and maintain adequate and effective processes to improve the close and reporting cycles to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results for both ledgers Local GAAP (IFRS) and US GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures. Develop and monitor department operational policies.
• Work closely with other team members to achieve organization goals.
• Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
• Bachelor s in finance and accounting,
• 15+ years of overall experience in Receivable and collection role in Saudi Market.
• Strong analytical, financial and systems skills are required.
• Experience working in global business environment a plus, Strong leadership skills required. Experience in multi-units, production, Projects concept prefer.
• Sound understanding of accounting principles.
• Ability to work autonomously and be part of the broader team
• Appropriate handling of sensitive information
• Excellent time management and organizational ability
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
• Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages, Advanced Skills with SAP.
