Key Responsibilities
* Plan and lead internal audit engagements across real estate and construction projects, including project management, procurement, and contract administration.
* Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan based on enterprise risk assessment and strategic priorities.
* Design audit programs aligned with international best practices to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
* Act as the main point of contact for audit-related matters, ensuring clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend measures to strengthen governance and compliance.
* Ensure adherence to corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
* Utilize data analytics to evaluate performance and detect operational inefficiencies or compliance gaps.
* Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the Group Audit & Advisory Services function.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or Project Management.
* 7 9 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within the real estate or construction sectors.
* Proven experience leading audit teams and managing complex audit assignments.
* Strong understanding of project risk management, financial controls, and compliance frameworks.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or ACCA are highly desirable.
