Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Holding is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join the Group Audit and Advisory Services team in Dubai. This position focuses on risk-based auditing across the company s real estate and construction operations. The role involves evaluating internal controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks while supporting strategic decision-making across large-scale development projects. Key Responsibilities
* Lead internal audit engagements covering real estate and construction projects, including procurement, project budgeting, and contract management.
* Develop and implement an annual internal audit plan aligned with corporate strategy and identified risk areas.

* Evaluate operational processes and identify opportunities to strengthen controls and improve efficiency.
