Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in audits covering IB, WB Coverage, Products, and associated Credit activities across FAB Group.
- Evaluate business processes, corporate banking products, and credit risk frameworks.
- Assess adherence to regulatory requirements across UAE and relevant international jurisdictions.
- Identify gaps, weaknesses, and control deficiencies; raise timely audit findings.
- Agree action plans with stakeholders and monitor remediation progress.
- Act as the primary day-to-day audit contact for IB, WB, and Credit management teams.
- Provide advisory input to influence control enhancements and business improvements.
- Support SVP/VP & Head of Audit and Senior Audit Managers on issues impacting the wider FAB Group.
- Participate in special investigations, thematic reviews, and ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Document audit results, prepare reports, and ensure high-quality audit deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Strong understanding of Investment Banking and Wholesale Banking operations.
- Knowledge of corporate banking products, credit risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in Transaction Banking and Credit Risk audits is an advantage.
- Ability to assess processes, controls, and risks across complex banking environments.
- Strong communication skills to engage senior stakeholders and present audit outcomes.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capability.
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative audit team.
