Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

As an Internal Auditor, you will play a key role in assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of our quality assurance processes within the home care service division. Your work will help ensure that our services comply with all internal standards and external regulations while identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness and compliance of our homecare services with quality assurance standards.
  • Evaluate internal control systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and procedures.
  • Review homecare client records, care plans, and service delivery processes to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the quality assurance team to monitor, evaluate, and enhance operational performance.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management with actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in the development of audit plans, risk assessments, and internal controls specific to the homecare sector.
  • Monitor and assess the implementation of corrective actions and improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and trends affecting quality assurance in homecare services.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an Internal Auditor, preferably with experience in homecare or healthcare-related quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of internal auditing practices, compliance regulations, and risk management in the homecare industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and a strong ability to identify gaps in processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Certification in Internal Auditing (CIA) or other relevant certifications is a plus.
