We are seeking a qualified and experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join our multidisciplinary team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. This position requires adherence to the standards of the Department of Health - Abu Dhabi (DoH/HAAD) and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive medical care for adult patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of internal medicine conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, respiratory and cardiovascular diseases). Conduct thorough physical examinations and order relevant diagnostic investigations. Interpret laboratory tests, radiology results, and other diagnostic data accurately. Create individualized treatment plans in accordance with current medical guidelines and DoH protocols. Manage both outpatient and inpatient cases (if applicable). Provide preventive care and health education to patients and their families. Refer patients to appropriate specialists when necessary and coordinate multidisciplinary care. Maintain detailed and accurate medical records using the clinic/hospital’s electronic medical record (EMR) system. Ensure compliance with all local healthcare laws, professional regulations, and facility policies. Qualifications: Medical Degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent). Completion of residency training in Internal Medicine. Board Certification in Internal Medicine (e.g., American Board, CCT, Arab Board, Canadian FRCP, or equivalent). Minimum 3-5 years of post-residency clinical experience (Consultant roles may require more). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage. Preferred Experience: Experience working in JCI-accredited hospitals or clinics.
