Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that highlight product capabilities.
  • Conduct in-depth product training sessions for both internal teams and clients to ensure effective usage and understanding.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation and proposals that clearly articulate product specifications and benefits.
  • Support the sales team in responding to RFPs and RFQs with precise technical information and competitive analysis.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and engineering teams to facilitate effective communication.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients and provide timely resolutions or escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and competitor products to effectively position solutions.
  • Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and technical inquiries using CRM tools.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales support or engineering role within the relevant industry.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced technology environment is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Strong technical acumen with proficiency in software and tools relevant to our products and services.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to service.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
