Provide support and coordination to the sales process
and lead management. Analyze the RFI/RFP.
Gather information and coordinate the bid s technical
review and drafting of the RFI/RFP response.
Maintain proper and effective documentation.
Coordinate and share information for the
development of proposals
Gather information pertaining to technical
specifications and requirements as well as resourcing
and costing needs for potential projects/tenders
Gather information pertaining to pricing and
preparation of financial proposals
Ensure consistency of all proposals, presentations,
and sales collateral material with getting Group brand.
Functional Responsibilities
Responsible for the tender evaluation process.
Organize the preparation of the RFI/RFP response by
engaging the Solutions Architect for solution design,
the Product Manager for pricing and third-party
supply agreement, the Engagement Manager for
implementation planning, the General Counsel for
risk management and the Finance Director for credit
limits and project return.
Prepare RFI/RFP response document for approval.
Maintain sales CRM at all times and ensure all
accurate documentation is presented.
Compile Regional Sales Manager s pipeline into
Business Unit pipeline to show estimated contract
values by stage (opportunity, lead, and proposal).
Support the Director of Government Sales in the market
intelligence and analysis of pipeline.
Follow up on potential clients requirements.
Prepare necessary client presentations and site visits.
Ensure that all meetings held and new contacts made
as a result of trade shows are followed up in a timely

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor in Business Administration or Bachelor in
Computer Science/ Engineering
Experience :
1. 2-3 years in an international IT
2. Bid Management experience
3. Sales and business development expertise
4. Third-party communication expertise
Have good knowledge in MS Office (excel, word,
powerpoint, etc(.
Fluent in the English Language graduated from a
reputable language school/university
Any other qualification required.
