• Promote the company’s products and services (Herbal Extracts, Oleoresins & Essential Oils) addressing and predicting customer requirements.
• Manage global sales across the Middle East, USA, Italy, France, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, UK, Poland, Germany & other markets.
• Lead and manage operations including sales and product management, sales forecasting and stock management.
• Develop individual business plans and strategies for each country.
• Monitor effective implementation of international business development activities to ensure increased sales and profitability.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Grow relationship with key customers and suppliers.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Develop business strategies and ensure their alignment with the long term and short-term objectives.
• Conduct marketing activities such as planning and execution in different countries, new product development, pricing, and value chain determination.
• Maintain budgets and participate in promotional programs, fairs, exhibitions, and conferences related to our products to achieve desired sales goals.
• Solve customer’s queries in a prompt manner.
• Review competitor plans and effect of products and services.
• Prepare pricing strategies according to customer budgets and procurement methods.
• Evaluate market trends and provide appropriate support to product development.
• Coordinate with R&D team and provide accurate and relevant feedback for product enhancement based upon current market trends.
• Maintain sales database, revenue, invoices etc. and ensure that everything is always up to date and accurate.
• Act as an ambassador of the business always.
• Ensure that all departmental reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards.
• Maintain communication channel with director and line managers.
• Performs other related duties or assignments as and when required.

• Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner.
• Must have ability to build a profitable relationship with customers and key decision makers.
• Must be able to work independently in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Must be able to identify threats as well as opportunities.
• Must have ability to win and retain long-term high-quality clients as well as recurring business.
• Must be proficient in Google, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Should be well versed with CRM software.
• Willing and capable of learning and adapting quickly
• Understand client’s needs and issues from business point of view.
• Must have patience to deal with multi decision maker and sales processes.
• Must possess high level of personal, organizational and time management skills.
