Brief Description: CRO is a key member of a sales team. Is a professional who works to improve a firm's relationships with customers, to build and drive sustainability to the brand by following up sales and handle customer s queries, rectify issues experienced by individual customers as well as aim to improve the organization's overall customer satisfaction and maintain company s image.
Duties & Responsibilities (sales):
1. Attend all customer's queries.
2. Archiving and maintaining documents and files for history purpose.
3. Attend and represent the company through its booths at worldwide exhibitions.
4. Coordinate with production & Logistics managers to meet delivery deadlines and prevent delays.
5. Demonstrating products, Negotiate prices, terms of sale, and close sales deals with clients.
6. Help customers select products based on the customers' needs while emphasizing product specs and features.
7. Identify prospective customers by using business directories, identify and follow leads.
8. Maintain a customer-focused attitude with a focus on activities that create lifetime customers.
9. Maintain and improve quality communication channels with new and existing customers to discuss their needs, services or complaints (if any).
10. Periodic Follow up with VIP customers to make sure they are satisfied with their purchase.
11. Prepare sales offers and submit production orders for processing.
12. Report clients feedback, suggestions, and concerns to the upper management to take corrective actions where needed.
13. Report competitors market activities.
14. Assisting his direct manager in all tasks needed.
15. Perform various duties, miscellaneous, and non-standard tasks as required.
Duties & Responsibilities (CRM Software):
1. Ensure data entry of all sales leads and potential customers.
2. Ensure, Maintain & update customers data base in complete and accurate manner as well as correspondences data.
3. Conduct trainings for sales associates on CRM if needed
4. Ensure absence of duplicates, and take corrective actions were needed (delete records, merge...).
5. Maintain confidentiality of CRM data base.
1. Bachelor s degree in business, management or marketing.
2. Three years with customer service experience & Post-Sale Relationship Management.
3. Proficient with computer spreadsheets and Microsoft Office products
4. Highly motivated, matured and hardworking committed individual.
5. Bilingual (English and Arabic).
6. Familiar with CRM software.
7. Lebanese National
