The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity for a Star Sales Achiever" has arisen within our team. We are looking to expand and develop our brands across the markets in Asia (especially Hong Kong, Singapore and Middle East). As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the sales and promotion of our products into independent pharmacies & health shops.
This role would suit an experienced sales professional with effective communication skills and a passion for sales.

The Role:
Based in India/Dubai, with regional specific targets and reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
• Managing the key pharmacy chain accounts across 3 territories Singapore, Hong Kong and Middle East
• Develop new and grow existing accounts across major Pharmacy independent stores and Health Shops
• Daily calls to pharmacies, promoting and training pharmacists on the products and develop relationships with them to generate demand
• Daily calls to Doctors (both GP and Specialists) for product promotion
• Mapping the market, identifying new business opportunities and implementing growth strategies to increase sales of current products
• Interacting with (E-mail as well as face-to-face) and managing product portfolio across popular retail chains
• Meeting targets in value and volume across all the three markets
• Managing the distributors and 3PL (Third Party Providers/Logistics) in Asia and Middle East

Desired Candidate Profile

The Ideal Candidate:
To excel in the role, you will be able to demonstrate:
• Graduate preferably with B.Pharma/B.Sc
• Minimum 3-4 Years' Pharmacy Sales Experience with exceptional sales performance (Experience in a blue chip pharmaceutical company desirable)
• Ability to influence individuals and groups
• High proficiency in English with strong analytical and communication skills
• Cultural awareness across different Asian regions, high level of conversational ability and exceptional persuasive skills
• Highly motivated to achieve results, energetic, tenacious, a commitment to sales success
• A history of building excellent customer relationships
• Having a sound understanding of the Pharmacy industry.
• Willingness to travel for up to 3 weeks a month
Your work history will demonstrate your sales success and your ability to influence both internal and external key stakeholders. You need to be comfortable with meeting lots of customers across different regions.
