Stock Auditor (Mandatory Jewellery)

Conduct regular internal audits of jewellery retail stores, workshops, and warehouse.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and AML/KYC regulations.

Review internal controls and recommend improvements to minimize risk and fraud.

Verify adherence to VAT regulations and statutory requirements Perform physical verification of gold, diamonds, precious stones, and jewellery stock.

Reconcile physical stock with system records (ERP / POS) Monitor stock movement, wastage, shortages, and excesses.

Review tagging, weighing, purity, and valuation records Review sales, purchases, returns, discounts, and cash transactions.

Audit daily cash collections and bank reconciliations.

Examine expense claims, petty cash, and vendor payments Identify discrepancies and prepare audit findings.

Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting observations, risks, and corrective actions.

Follow up on audit findings and ensure timely closure
