As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing inventory activities to ensure that the company's stock levels remain optimal for operational needs. • Analyze inventory discrepancies and develop corrective action plans accordingly.

• Train and guide warehouse staff on inventory control procedures and systems.

• Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management roles.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to reconcile complex information.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various departments and levels.
• Strong organizational skills and capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
