Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management & Control
- Carry out monthly complete stock counts for all Orange Wheels and Orange Hub centers.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure timely adjustments to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Monitor stock transactions (receipts, transfers, consumption, and returns) in Odoo and Semnox.
- Reconcile stock balances monthly against consumption reports and investigate variances.
- Ensure no stock is transferred without proper Odoo/Semnox transfer processes to avoid variances.
- Validate stock adjustments and report discrepancies immediately to the Supply Chain Manager.
2. Inventory Optimization
- Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess stock and take corrective actions in coordination with the Supply Chain Manager.
- Rotate slow-moving items between Orange Wheels and Orange Hub centers based on sales and movement to optimize stock utilization.
- Support in planning replenishment strategies to maintain availability while minimizing holding costs.
3. Stock Variance & Damage Control
- Investigate all stock variances and document root causes.
- Identify all damaged items and obtain proper justification.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Team to arrange replacements where possible.
- If the damage is operational, ensure the cost is deducted from the respective Center Manager (CM).
- Maintain a record of all damages, justifications, and actions taken for audit purposes.
4. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with company inventory SOPs across all centers.
- Prepare and submit weekly stock validation reports (Orange Wheels) and monthly audit reports (Orange Hub).
- Maintain complete audit trails of all adjustments and transfers in the system.
- Highlight recurring issues and recommend preventive measures to management.
5. Coordination & Support
- Support F&B and other teams in ensuring all items are correctly mapped with BOMs in Odoo/Semnox.
- Provide guidance and support to center teams on inventory best practices and compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge of
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, reporting)
- Experience in stock audits, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Good communication skills to coordinate across centres and departments.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in inventory or supply chain management.
- Driving license with car – preferred.(optional)
Key Deliverables / KPIs
- Accurate stock reconciliation reports monthly.
- Zero unapproved stock transfers.
- Rotation of slow-moving stock between centers based on sales and movement.
- Timely identification and resolution of damaged items.
- BOM accuracy maintained in Odoo and Semnox.
- Compliance with SOPs for transfers and stock handling.
