Job Title: Inventory Controller – E-commerce (Amazon & Noon)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller with a strong background in e-commerce operations, specifically managing orders and inventory for Amazon and Noon platforms.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in order management, stock control, and fulfillment operations within marketplace environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily orders from Amazon and Noon

• Ensure accurate order processing, fulfillment, and stock allocation

• Track inventory levels across warehouses (FBA / SellerFlex / Noon)

• Perform stock reconciliation and inventory audits

• Analyze sales and order trends to plan replenishment

• Coordinate with warehouse for inbound and outbound shipments

• Monitor out-of-stock items, returns, and discrepancies

• Maintain accurate reports using Excel

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in e-commerce inventory / order management

• Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and Noon

• Proven experience in handling order management and fulfillment operations

• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting)

• Strong understanding of stock management and replenishment planning

• Ability to handle large volume of orders and SKUs

Preferred

• Experience in FMCG / health & nutrition / skincare

• Experience with Amazon FBA, SellerFlex, and Noon fulfillment
