Inventory Manager

Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities :


Oversee all aspects of inventory management, including stock control, replenishment, and forecasting.
Develop and implement inventory management strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance stock availability.
Monitor inventory levels and identify trends to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
Collaborate with the purchasing department to coordinate stock replenishment and resolve any supply chain issues.
Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems and ensure data accuracy across all platforms.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Prepare and present regular inventory reports and metrics to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices in inventory handling and management.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations pertaining to inventory storage and handling.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management, specifically in the retail or hypermarket sector in the UAE or GCC.
Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
